(Houston, TX)  --  Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson is facing charges after scuffling with off-duty police officers in Houston.  Police arrested the 27-year-old in the early morning hours Saturday for allegedly shoving an off-duty cop and struggling when he was placed under arrest.  Peterson and his group reportedly had refused to leave a local bar at closing time.  A spokesman for the Vikings says the team is looking into the incident.  Peterson is due in court on July 13th.
