Perham Residents Trying for Guinness Record Today

(Perham, MN)  --  People in Perham will try to set a Guinness world record today  for the most people floating connected for 30 seconds.  It's a benefit for the Kinship youth mentoring program.  Perham area director Jill Shipman says she loves to float and she and a bunch of friends were curious what the world record is -- and now they're going for it.  Kinship is trying to get a thousand people, which would beat the current floating-connected record of 864 set in Italy.  Registration is 10am at Little Pine Lake.
