7-6-12 (Detroit Lakes, MN)  --  The Becker County Sheriff's Office is asking the public's help locating a boat that fled the scene of a Fourth of July crash on Big Cormorant Lake.  Terry Erickson of West Fargo suffered serious injuries and underwent surgery today in Minneapolis.  His wife Taryn says the people in the other boat stopped but wouldn't stay to help, and is asking those responsible to contact authorities.  She says it's not going away and the only way to relieve the pressure is to step forward.  The suspect boat is white or cream colored, with red or dark stripes and has some front end damage.
