7-2-12 (Minneapolis, MN)  --  Two juveniles are now charged in the fatal shooting of five-year-old Nizzel George of Brooklyn Park last Tuesday in north Minneapolis.  Seventeen-year-old Stephon  Shannon of Minneapolis is charged with aiding and abetting murder and a 15-year-old suspect also faces charges.  Nizzel was hit in the back by a stray bullet that came from outside his grandmother's home.  The criminal complaint says Shannon told a witness he fired at the house because *he* was shot at, on the porch of a nearby home the night before -- and believed someone in the home where the boy was staying was responsible.  Nizzel's funeral is Tuesday morning in north Minneapolis (11:30am).
