6-29-12 (Minneapolis, MN) -- The death of a Minneapolis man attending college at the University of North Dakota was ruled an accident. Twenty-year old Blake Ayling was found dead in a Grand Forks rail yard in March. Police say Ayling died of blood loss after his right arm got tangled in a train and was torn off. The autopsy showed he was legally drunk at the time of the incident. A roommate of Ayling's told investigators he often walked through the rail yard as a shortcut from their apartment to campus.
