6-21-12 (Moose Lake, MN)  --  Some residents are leaving Moose Lake as floodwaters surround the northeastern Minnesota town.  Carlton County Sheriff Kelly Lake says the water is still rising and all roads going into Moose Lake have been shut down.  She says there's a real concern about the city sewer system because it ties into the Moose Lake Sex Offender Program and Minnesota Correctional Facility which would lead to evacuation issues.  Many of the city's evacuated residents are going to a shelter about 25 minutes away in Scanlon.
