6-7-12 (Fergus Falls, MN)  --  A New York Mills man with more than two dozen drunken driving convictions is back in the Otter Tail County jail.  59-year-old Danny Bettcher was arrested late last month for driving without a license.  Police used video from a convenience store to document Bettcher putting gas in a pickup and he was later pulled over.  It's believed Bettcher has 27 D-W-I convictions but has used variations of his name over the years so it's difficult to determine the exact number.
