(St. Paul, MN)  --  A group of Republican lawmakers will likely go to the Minnesota Supreme Court tomorrow to try to block Governor Dayton and Attorney General Lori Swanson's preparations for a possible government shutdown on July 1st.  The group contends the courts can't fund state programs -- even critical ones -- if the governor and legislature can't agree on the budget, because the Minnesota Constitution doesn't allow it.
