Wisconsin Man Survives Two Days And Nights In Bitter Cold
(Superior, Wisconsin) -- A Superior, Wisconsin man who spent two days and two nights outdoors over the bitterly cold weekend was found alive and taken to the hospital to be treated for frostbite and hypothermia. A snowplow driver saw 52-year-old Craig Friebe walking on the ice of the Nemadji River this (Mon) morning, two days after his sled apparently ran out of gas and he had to walk out.
