2-10-13  The National Weather Service is warning of a significant winter storm, which will likely continue to impact the state this morning (SUN) through Monday with snow, freezing rain and strong winds.  The Twin Cities could see as much seven inches by Monday.  And, blizzard conditions are possible across much of western Minnesota from Sunday night through Monday.  MNN
