(Undated) -- A disabled Vietnam War vet says times have certainly changed since he left the military. Joe Violante (vee-oh-LAN'-tee) says a lack of communication back in the early 1970's meant years of adjustment back into civilian life. Violante says today there's better outreach to these men and women. Violante, now the national legislative director of the D-A-V, says his organization offers free services to returning vets regardless of whether they support the war.
