The Wrath of Kahn and Cardinals stuff

As a Timberwolves fan I'm extremely happy they were able to sign Kevin Love to a four/three year contract extension. As details of the deal have come out we find that Love could leave after just three years if he decided. While I hope that doesn't happen and it sounds as if that's not the intent of the rebounding machine it really menas he's just signed for three years. Why? Other players from his draft class are getting the "Max" contract of five years and $80 million, why not our Lovely man?
If Kahn has spoiled Love's attitude toward the team by refusing to give him the max deal, which he stated he felt he deserved but "they," meaning Kahn, felt otherwise then Kahn could be out of job faster than Kevin McHale.
Cardinal hockey tonight with Mike Reynolds and Todd Mattison on the call join them for the pregame show at 7pm approximately from Paynesville as they take on River Lakes. Mike and Todd continue to do a great job for us and I hope they continue to do so.
I will have the Cardinals boys basketball team on Friday night from The Big Red Gym in Willmar as they host Rocori. The Spartans beat the Cards back in early December but I have a feeling this Friday will be different. I'd love to see a sellout crowd like we saw when these teams got together during the Sam Sussenguth years. Crowds at high school games are dwindling, it's not such a cheap form of education anymore with tickets to a varsity contest going for $8 bucks these days.
Pregame at at 7:20pm Friday. By the way if you can't get the games very well on KWLM at 1340AM check out our FM side at 95.9 FM as we have added what's called a translator.
