(St. Cloud, MN) --  Part of State Highway 23 could be renamed for fallen Cold Spring Police Officer Tom Decker.  A bill was introduced in the Minnesota House and Senate this week to rename the stretch of highway from Cold Spring to Richmond  -- the “Officer Tom Decker Memorial Highway.”  Officer Decker was shot and killed in Cold Spring on November 29th while responding to a call.  His murder remains unsolved.
