(Minneapolis, MN) -- Amy Senser will stay in prison as she appeals her case. A judge today denied Senser's request to be freed as her appeal goes forward. As part of his ruling, the judge indicated the appeal is not likely to succeed and is "both frivolous and used for purposed of delay." The wife of former Viking Joe Senser was convicted in May of criminal vehicular homicide for the August 2011 death of a Minneapolis chef.
