8-27-12 (Tampa, FL)  --  Mitt Romney is expected to receive the G-O-P presidential nomination tomorrow  in Tampa, Florida due to the delayed start of the Republican National Convention.  But 32 of Minnesota's 40 R-N-C delegates have been supporting Ron Paul.  State delegation chair Marianne Stebbins  says they hope to influence other delegates with their message.  Stebbins has pledged to vote for the eventual Republican nominee while other Paul supporters from Minnesota have not.  Romney stopped in the Lake Minnetonka area last Thursday and raised one-million dollars at a pair of private events.
