Presidential Debate Reaction

(St. Paul, MN) --  Hamline Political Science Professor David Schultz says Mitt Romney clearly came out on top in last night's presidential debate.  He says Romney delivered a broad vision of where he wanted to take the nation and what he wanted to accomplish, however he certainly didn't provide a lot of details.  Schultz says President Obama sort of looked like a basketball team in the fourth quarter sitting on lead and he wasn't overly aggressive.  Schultz says Obama spent less time talking about vision and at times seemed to get mired in the details.  Fact checking aside, most polls are declaring Romney the overall winner in the first presidential debate.
