Old Adoption Records Going On-Line

--  Genealogists in Minnesota will soon find it easier to track down family history.  The state is working to digitize about 5 million pages of old adoption records -- some dating back to the late 19th century.  Erin Sullivan-Sutton with the Department of Human Services says the records are currently stored on microfilm, and the machines used to view them are becoming obsolete and expensive to maintain.  The project is expected to cost about 67 thousand dollars.
