(Willmar, MN) Willmar area veterans raised the Flags of Honor Saturday morning and about 1,800 flags will be put on veterans' graves in the area. A number of events are planned for Monday to observe Memorial Day as well. (St. Joseph, MN) -- Today marks the 30th annual "National Missing Children's Day." Patty Wetterling and her husband Jerry are "searching parents" after their son Jacob was abducted in 1989 near St. Joseph in central Minnesota. Wetterling says the discovery of three young women in Ohio is proof that some children are out there. (MORE...)

(Duluth, MN) -- An Arizona man was charged today with killing the fiancé of his ex-girlfriend in Superior, Wisconsin. 41-year-old Juan Padilla of Fort Mohave, Arizona is charged in Douglas County with first-degree intentional homicide in the death of Terrence Luukkonen. Rosemount Man Sentenced For Mother's Murder

(St. Cloud, MN) -- A Rosemount man convicted of killing his mother in her St. Cloud home last year was sentenced today to almost 22 years in prison. The attorneys for 40-year old Chad Pulju argued for a lesser sentence than called for by sentencing guidelines but the request was denied by the judge. (St. Paul, MN) -- The investigation at Lilydale Regional Park continues after a gravel slide resulted in the deaths of two children Wednesday. The city of St. Paul has hired a civil engineering firm to examine the site.
