(Cold Spring, MN) -- Police are still looking for answers in the murder of Cold Spring police officer Tom Decker. BCA Superintendent Wade Setter said Friday that Eric Thomes [[ thomas]], a person of interest in the case hanged himself during a standoff. Setter also indicated that police have recovered a 20-gauge shotgun they believe was used in the killing. And a vehicle matching the description of a vehicle near the scene has also been recovered. Setter says investigators are still trying to determine exactly what role, if any, Thomes played in Decker's murder.
