(St. Paul, MN) -- Governor Dayton, back at the Capitol after attending Officer Tom Decker's funeral, says it's "very, very hard" to look into the eyes of the slain officer's four children. The governor says it's difficult to imagine "what life now holds for them and how different it is, and their struggle to comprehend even the enormity of what's occurred." Dayton opened a State Capitol news conference commenting on the officer's family, before fielding questions from reporters about the state's billion-dollar budget deficit.
