(Stewartville, MN) -- Police say a Stewartville man who was drunk and was trying to pick fights pulled out a handgun and set it on the bar last weekend. The Olmsted County Sheriff's Department says William Timm put the gun on the bar at Skip and Dales, but didn't point it at anyone and he didn't threaten anyone with it. Timm does have a permit to carry a weapon. He's being charged with disorderly conduct and carrying a handgun while under the influence.
