(Duluth, MN) -- Four people face charges in the death of 25-year-old Cristyna Watson of Floodwood. Twenty-two-year-old Michael Siewert and 17-year-old Joseph Yellow Junior of Duluth are charged with second-degree murder, while 24-year-old Alyssa Peterson and 56-year-old Clifford Thompson of Cloquet were charged with aiding an offender after the fact. Carlton County Attorney Thom Pertler says it appears Siewert and Yellow murdered Watson for her car and allegations are it was connected to drug activity. Siewert is accused of trading Watson's car for two ounces of methamphetamine. Pertler says Peterson was a girlfriend of Siewert's who knew about his alleged plot and Thompson owns the property where Watson's body was discovered.
