Charges Expected Friday Against Buffalo Church Vandalism Suspect

(Buffalo, MN)  --  Wright County prosecutors are expected to file felony charges tomorrow (Fri) against the man accused of vandalizing six churches in the Buffalo area.  Buffalo police and the F-B-I arrested the 30-year-old suspect late yesterday (Wed).  Police Chief Mitchell Weinzetl (WINE'-zettle) says the rural Buffalo man confessed to damaging the churches and hanging posters with inflammatory messages.  The suspect told police that he committed these acts "due to his anger with God over personal issues."  Investigators believe he acted alone and will be charged with criminal damage to property.
