(Blaine, MN) -- A Blaine Police officer working a traffic stop escaped injury when his squad car was hit by a pickup, despite the fact that the emergency lights were flashing. The officer was standing near the driver side door of the car he had just pulled over when the patrol car was hit. State Troopers arrested the driver of the pickup on suspicion of drunken driving.
