Analysis: Two Amendments on Ballot

(Collegeville, MN)  --  Long lines started this Election Day in Minnesota and voters could be in for a long wait as returns come in tonight and on Wednesday.  Aside from the many races, there are two Constitutional amendments getting a close look by not only Minnesotans, but people around the country.  St. Benedict-St. John's political science Professor Kay Wolsborn (WOLES'-born) says people all over the country are looking at this particular contest with rapt attention to see if things have changed.  Wolsborn says people will look at Minnesota as a bellwether if the vote is "no."
