6-7-12 (Center City, MN) --  A 14-month-old girl drowned Wednesday afternoon in an above-ground swimming pool.  The Chisago County Sheriff's office says the child may have been unsupervised for around a half-hour.  The girl's father was outside working while his wife was inside with the children.  The parents thought the toddler was upstairs with her two older sisters.  The girl was taken to a hospital in the city of Wyoming where she was pronounced dead.
